Delivery Areas

We provide delivery and event setup services within selected areas. Delivery outside our standard service area may be subject to additional transport charges.

Booking Confirmation

All deliveries and event services are scheduled only after:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Deposit or full payment received

  • Final event details confirmed

Delivery Times

  • Delivery and setup times will be arranged with the client before the event date.

  • We strive to arrive on time; however, delays caused by traffic, weather, load shedding, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Setup & Collection

  • Our team will deliver, set up, and collect hired items after the event unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery locations.

Catering Deliveries

  • Catering orders should be checked upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or setup.

Damage or Loss

Clients may be held responsible for:

  • Damaged hired equipment

  • Missing items

  • Damage caused by guests, venues, or negligence during the hire period

Additional charges may apply where necessary.

Changes to Delivery Details

Any changes to:

  • Delivery address

  • Event time

  • Guest count

  • Setup requirements

must be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

Failure to Receive Delivery

If delivery or setup cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible venue locations, or client unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
