Welcome to SA Catering and Event Decor. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

SA Catering and Event Decor provides:

Catering services
Event décor and styling
Mobile VIP toilet hire
Event equipment hire and related services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation date and preparation costs already incurred.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate event details
Ensuring safe and legal venue access
Obtaining any necessary venue permissions
Ensuring guests and venue staff treat hired equipment responsibly

5. Damage & Loss

Clients may be held liable for:

Damaged décor items
Missing equipment
Damage to mobile VIP toilets or hired items caused during the event

Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.

6. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup times will be arranged in advance.
While we aim to be punctual, delays caused by traffic, weather, load shedding, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Food & Catering

Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before the event.
SA Catering and Event Decor will not be held responsible for allergic reactions where information was not provided in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

SA Catering and Event Decor is not responsible for:

Weather disruptions
Venue-related issues
Power outages or load shedding
Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Changes to Services

Any changes to bookings, guest numbers, décor requirements, or delivery details should be communicated as early as possible. Additional charges may apply.

10. Privacy

Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared unlawfully.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services in cases involving:

Unsafe environments
Illegal activities
Abuse toward staff
Non-payment

12. Amendments

SA Catering and Event Decor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
